the sea wench

“The Sea Wench,” aka Sandra was born in Southern California, grew up in New Jersey, and has spent the past 14 years living in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. 

Her illustrative art is inspired not only by these three places, but also by tales of fantasy, the supernatural, and maritime folklore— sprinkled with a dash of rock ‘n roll.  Each one of her pieces encompasses a tale to be told— or rather, an adventure to embark on.

“The Sea Wench”, Sandra nació en el sur de California, creció en Nueva Jersey y ha pasado los últimos 14 años viviendo en Santa Teresa, Costa Rica.

Su arte ilustrativa viene sazonada con los olores del rock ‘n roll, en vez siendo influenciada no sólo por los lugares dondé sus pies han recorrido, sino también por los cuentos de fantasía y los sobrenaturales, tanto como por el folclor marítimo. Cada una de sus piezas contiene una historia que relatar, o más bien, una aventura en la cúal HAY QUE embarcarse.
